- I forgot to get a career, but I have had some great gigs for which people have paid me - sometimes for years. I suspect I should have been a therapist, or an editor. So I give advice freely, and edit for friends. I work from home...some days, effectively. I have a prohibitively short attention span and a tolerant, giant husband.
